We are all enjoying Christmas break! Anna is getting very good with her digital art. She drew this on my tablet PC. Enjoy it!

Merry Christmas from the Ceremuga Family

Lauren had her first performance playing with the Greenville County Phillharmonic Orchestra over the weekend. It was a brilliant presentation. Here are a few images.

It is time to start updating the site again. I look forward to sharing my family and our adventures with you again. While I do believe that Facebook and other social networking sites serve their purpose, I also believe that they have become too commercialized and thus very cluttered and messy. There is something pure about a website with no ads, no games, just information.
We are looking forward to the upcoming concert season. Lauren and I both adore classical music and attend many of the conerts at The Peace Center, featuring the Greenville Symphony Orchestra. Our favorite is definately the Chamber music series, but there are some good concerts that are with the full Symphony. Of the full Symphony, the Christmas concert is the best.
Lauren made the Greenville Youth Phillharmonic Orchestra from the Fine Arts Center in Greenville. She is under the instruction of the GSO's Principle Flute player, Caroline Ulrich. Her skills have dramatically improved over the past year through her work with Caroline. Lauren is looking forward to the upcoming musical challenges throughout the state.
Anna, while still has no interest in music, is expressing a strong desire for drawing and Paint. We'll have to see where this goes.
Both of our children are excellent academically, so it is interesting to persue their artistic talents.
Sheila stays busy these days doing a LOT of embroidery. She found some patterns that are fun to make. I know she is not looking forward to Anna's school to start, as she does not like mornings.
Nancy and Paul are now moved back to South Carolina. It is nice to have my parents close so that we can both visit and look after them. It will be very refreshing to be within 45 minutes of their home, instead of 2.5 hours!
